About

Hi, I’m Michael Torres — Welcome to Joint Health FAQ

Michael Torres

If you’ve landed here, there’s a good chance your knees ache after a morning run, your hips feel stiff when you get out of bed, or you’re just tired of feeling older than you actually are. I get it — and more importantly, I’m here to help.

I’ve spent more than 15 years immersed in musculoskeletal health, sports rehabilitation, and what I like to call “active aging.” I’ve spent the better part of that time working hands-on with people — from weekend warriors and high school athletes to retirees who simply want to stay mobile and pain-free. That real-world experience is the foundation of everything I write here.

Why I Started This Site

Honestly? Frustration. Over the years, I watched too many people come to me after spending hours down an internet rabbit hole — confused, misled, and sometimes worse off because of advice they’d found online. Joint health content on the web is full of sensational claims, sketchy supplement pitches, and one-size-fits-all exercise programs that ignore how individual and complex joint pain actually is.

I started Joint Health FAQ to be something different — a place where real, experience-backed information lives. My goal is simple: answer the questions people are actually asking, in plain language, without the fluff or the fear-mongering.

What You’ll Find Here

This site covers the full spectrum of joint health topics — from mobility exercises and stretching routines to supplement breakdowns, pain management strategies, and guidance on when it’s time to see a professional. Whether you’re dealing with knee osteoarthritis, a cranky shoulder, or just want to stay ahead of joint wear as you age, there’s something here for you.

I write in-depth guides, honest supplement reviews, and practical exercise tutorials — all grounded in current research and my own hands-on experience. I’m not going to tell you a pill will cure your arthritis overnight, because nothing will. But I will show you what the evidence actually says and what I’ve seen work for real people.

My Approach to Recommendations

I take recommendations seriously. When I review a supplement, I look at the clinical research, the ingredient quality, and whenever possible, I’ve tried it myself. When I suggest an exercise, it’s because I’ve used it with real people and watched it make a genuine difference. I have no interest in steering you toward something that doesn’t work just to make a quick buck — my reputation, and more importantly your health, matters far more than that.

A Little About Me

I live in the Pacific Northwest, where the hiking trails are spectacular and the weather gives my own joints a workout. When I’m not writing, you’ll find me on those trails or cycling back roads with my dog doing her best to keep up. Staying active isn’t just professional advice for me — it’s personal. I know firsthand how much your joint health shapes your quality of life, and that’s ultimately what drives everything I do here.

Thanks for being here. I hope this site becomes a resource you trust and return to.
